Heal the Philippines from COVID19

Last week I went on Facebook live speak about the last articles I had about how unhappy God is with the leadership in the Philippines.

In the video below, I prayed that the COVID 19 would stop only at the gates of the Philippines, and that we would be spared. I usually don't do this. I usually pray and only say what God told me to say.

Now, here is God's response.

For the short version cliff notes of it, basically, there would be no peace for Jerusalem. In fact, there will also be a great storm coming. If you have been following this blog, I foretold many months ago that there would be plague, famine and sword for those in the city. There will also be an invasion from the North.

I know it sounds like a lot of negativity to take in, but don't worry! The best news is that like in Ezekiel 43:1-12, God has chosen this place, or rather, me, as Zion, to be the place for the soles of his feet. This is where he will live among the Israelites. I am to build the temple according to the regulations that he has set.

More than this, as in Isaiah 11:1-7,

A shoot or rod (choter) from the trunk of Jesse (Yishay) and a branch(green branch or descendant) shall grow out of his roots.

The branch is also used in another area of Isaiah which also talks of the end times.

The Branch is very important. (By the way, on an unrelated note: I think Michelle Branch looks like me. Michelle is female for micheal, which means face of God. Branch means descendant.)

The Branch From Jesse

1A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse; from his roots a Branch will bear fruit. 2The Spirit of the Lord will rest on him— the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of might, the Spirit of the knowledge and fear of the Lord 3and he will delight in the fear of the Lord.

He will not judge by what he sees with his eyes, or decide by what he hears with his ears; 4but with righteousness he will judge the needy, with justice he will give decisions for the poor of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth; with the breath of his lips he will slay the wicked. 5Righteousness will be his belt and faithfulness the sash around his waist.

6The wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard will lie down with the goat, the calf and the lion and the yearling a together; and a little child will lead them. 7The cow will feed with the bear, their young will lie down together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox. 8The infant will play near the cobra’s den, and the young child will put its hand into the viper’s nest. 9They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain, for the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.

10In that day the Root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the peoples; the nations will rally to him, and his resting place will be glorious.

11In that day the Lord will reach out his hand a second time to reclaim the surviving remnant of his people from Assyria, from Lower Egypt, from Upper Egypt, from Cush, b from Elam, from Babylonia, c from Hamath and from the islands of the Mediterranean.

12He will raise a banner for the nations and gather the exiles of Israel; he will assemble the scattered people of Judah from the four quarters of the earth. 13Ephraim’s jealousy will vanish, and Judah’s enemies d will be destroyed; Ephraim will not be jealous of Judah, nor Judah hostile toward Ephraim. 14They will swoop down on the slopes of Philistia to the west; together they will plunder the people to the east. They will subdue Edom and Moab, and the Ammonites will be subject to them. 15The Lord will dry up the gulf (tongue) of the Egyptian sea; with a scorching wind he will sweep his hand over the River. He will break it up into seven streams so that anyone can cross over in sandals. 16There will be a highway for the remnant of his people that is left from Assyria, as there was for Israel when they came up from Egypt.

Now this drying up of the Euphrates River was thought impossible during the writing of Isaiah. It was the lifeblood of civilizations. Yet this happened just recently in 2009, according to this article. This did not happen in the time of Jesus, I think mostly because this is due to the oil exploration happening as well as the political upheavels there. More on this here.

In the same article above, God promises the end of hostilities between Judah and Ephraim. Judah represents the one who has the power, and whose roots are older than Ephraim's. Ephraim represents a new nation but who is part of Joseph's clan, which will be the ones inheriting the double portion and the eventual Kingship. Which nations or groups are those exactly? Well, it depends on time/age and the context. As always, the bible speaks to many at once.

What I would like to note is that the little one shall be a thousand, and a small nation become a strong one. This is the future for the branch of the Lord which he himself plants. I hope it is also the future of my dear Philippines.

All in God (Yahweh's) time.
