SUMMARY: Within 3 years as a hired person would count it, Moab will fall. This is in connection with the past readings . When it speaks of the remnant of Moab, it is a 3 year old baby, and I can't help but think of my baby, Peace, who is in the hands of his father. It is he who is the remnant who will be left, and will go to Mount Zion, also as a lamb sent up to me.

1Against Moab thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Woe unto Nebo! (spokesperson/prophet/"to bring")
for it is spoiled: Kiriathaim (2 cities/Caller/in Napthali's region) (napthali means to twist/wrestle) is confounded (dried up/withered) [and] taken: Misgab (unassailable stronghold) is confounded and dismayed.(shattered)
2[There shall be] no more praise of Moab: in Heshbon(to think or devise) they have devised evil against it; come, and let us cut it off from [being] a nation. Also thou shalt be cut down, O Madmen;(dung pitt or poo) the sword shall pursue thee.
4Moab is destroyed; her little ones have caused a cry to be heard. (Moab's younger is broken into pieces and cry is heard)
5For in the going up of Luhith (plank/plain/plateau?) continual weeping shall go up; for in the going down of Horonaim (?) the enemies have heard a cry of destruction.(fracturing)
7For because thou hast trusted in thy works and in thy treasures, thou shalt also be taken: and Chemosh (as if he saves/as if he moves/as if he feels) shall go forth into captivity (exile) [with] his priests and his princes (chief) together.
8And the spoiler shall come upon every city, and no city shall escape: the valley also shall perish, and the plain shall be destroyed, as the LORD hath spoken. (And the destroyer to every excitement city, The excitement leaves not. Perish in the valley and be destroyed. The plateau/uprightness/flatland which is said by yahweh
9Give wings unto Moab, that it may flee and get away: for the cities thereof shall be desolate, without any to dwell therein.
10Cursed [be] he that doeth the work of the LORD deceitfully, and cursed [be] he that keepeth back his sword from blood.
11Moab hath been at ease from his youth, and he hath settled on his lees, and hath not been emptied from vessel to vessel, neither hath he gone into captivity: therefore his taste remained in him, and his scent is not changed.
12Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will send unto him wanderers, that shall cause him to wander, and shall empty his vessels, and break their bottles. 13And Moab shall be ashamed of Chemosh, (as if to save) as the house of Israel was ashamed of Bethel their confidence.
15Moab is spoiled, and gone up [out of] her cities, and his chosen young men are gone down to the slaughter, saith the King, whose name [is] the LORD of hosts.
17All ye that are about him, bemoan him; and all ye that know his name, say, How is the strong staff broken, [and] the beautiful rod!
18Thou daughter that dost inhabit Dibon,(pining away) come down from [thy] glory, and sit in thirst; for the spoiler of Moab shall come upon thee, [and] he shall destroy thy strong holds.
19O inhabitant of Aroer,(stripper) stand by the way, and espy; ask him that fleeth, and her that escapeth, [and] say, What is done? (The stripper will ask the man that leaves and the woman that escapes, "what happened?")
20Moab is confounded; for it is broken down: howl and cry; tell ye it in Arnon,(center of cheering) that Moab is spoiled, (Moab is confounded, howl an cry and tell your cheerleader that you are destroyed.)
21And judgment is come upon the plain country; upon Holon, (fortress) and upon Jahazah, (God sees!) and upon Mephaath,(what is shining/favored) 22And upon Dibon,(pining away) and upon Nebo,(spokesperson/prophet) and upon Bethdiblathaim,(house of lumps of pressed cake/house of cake) 23And upon Kiriathaim,(2 cities compacted, in Napthali) and upon Bethgamul,(house of investment) and upon Bethmeon,(house of the hideout/concealing) 24And upon Kerioth,(compacted city/fortress) and upon Bozrah,(fortress in Edom; enclosed and separated) and upon all the cities of the land of Moab, far or near.
26Make ye him drunken: for he magnified [himself] against the LORD: Moab also shall wallow in his vomit, and he also shall be in derision.
27For was not Israel a derision unto thee? was she found among thieves? for since thou spakest of him/her, thou skippedst for joy.(shakes your head in scorn or makes fun)
28O ye that dwell in Moab, leave the cities, and dwell in the rock, and be like the dove [that] maketh her nest in the sides of the hole's mouth.
29We have heard the pride of Moab, (he is exceeding proud ) his loftiness, and his arrogancy, and his pride, and the haughtiness of his heart. (His arrogance is 5 times repeated! Grabeng yabang daw ni MOAB)
30I know his wrath, saith the LORD; but [it shall] not [be] so; his lies shall not so effect [it]. (His boasts are actually nothing)
31Therefore will I howl for Moab, and I will cry out for all Moab; [mine heart] shall mourn for the men of Kirheres. (wall of earthen ware)
32O vine of Sibmah,(coolness/fragrance) I will weep for thee with the weeping of Jazer: thy plants are gone over the sea, they reach [even] to the sea of Jazer:(help/support) the spoiler is fallen upon thy summer fruits and upon thy vintage.
33And joy and gladness is taken from the plentiful field, and from the land of Moab; and I have caused wine to fail from the winepresses: none shall tread with shouting; [their] shouting [shall be] no shouting.
34From the cry of Heshbon (to think or devise) [even] unto Elealeh,(God ascends) [and even] unto Jahaz,(trodden down; Ammonite town, Reuben territory assigned to levites, great battle where Sihon was completely routed and territory went under Israel) have they uttered their voice, from Zoar (younger/little one)[even] unto Horonaim, [as] an heifer of three years old: for the waters also of Nimrim (leopards or pure water) shall be desolate.
35Moreover I will cause to cease in Moab, saith the LORD, him that offereth in the high places, and him that burneth incense to his gods.
36Therefore mine heart shall sound for Moab like pipes, and mine heart shall sound like pipes for the men of Kirheres:(wall of broken earthenware) because the riches [that] he hath gotten are perished. 37For every head [shall be] bald, and every beard clipped: upon all the hands [shall be] cuttings, and upon the loins sackcloth.
38[There shall be] lamentation generally upon all the housetops of Moab, and in the streets thereof: for I have broken Moab like a vessel wherein [is] no pleasure, saith the LORD.
39They shall howl, [saying], How is it broken down! how hath Moab turned the back with shame! so shall Moab be a derision and a dismaying to all them about him.
41Kerioth (compact city) is taken, and the strong holds are surprised, and the mighty men's hearts in Moab at that day shall be as the heart of a woman in her pangs.
42And Moab shall be destroyed from [being] a people, because he hath magnified [himself] against the LORD.
44He that fleeth from the fear shall fall into the pit; and he that getteth up out of the pit shall be taken in the snare: for I will bring upon it, [even] upon Moab, the year of their visitation, saith the LORD.
45They that fled stood under the shadow of Heshbon because of the force: but a fire shall come forth out of Heshbon, and a flame from the midst of Sihon, (rooting out or conclusion of the matter) and shall devour the corner of Moab, and the crown of the head of the tumultuous ones. (sons)
46Woe be unto thee, O Moab! the people of Chemosh (As if to move/save) perisheth: for thy sons are taken captives, and thy daughters captives.
47Yet will I bring again the captivity of Moab in the latter days, saith the LORD. Thus far [is] the judgment of Moab.
That's the end, but I just wanted to reference this as well. Many symbologies are repeated here in Isaiah 15:5
My heart for Moab cries, the fugitive Zoar (little one) a 3 year old heifer of/with yah, shall ascend and go up crying, going up, on the way to Horonaim, fracturing/breaking he is crying in distress.
For the waters of nimrim (leopard or to make miserable like a tiger) are desolate. The green grass fails and is nothing. The abundance you gained and laid up is flowing in the dusk, carried away. All around the borders of Moab is a cry, the two eyes of the calf that goes around, wailing at the well of big trees/the portruding. For the waters of dimon (where it is red) will be full of blood because I will bring upon dimon (where it is red) more lions on the remnants of the land.
Isaiah 16
Send a lamb to the ruler of the land from Sela (rock) to the wilderness to the mount of daughter Zion. Just as a bird is wandering from the nest is thrown out, so too the daughter of Moab, the shallow center of cheer (Arnon),take counsel, execute judgement. Make your shaddow like the night in the middle of the day. Hide the outcasts who don’t escape. Let Moab's outcasts dwell with you- be a shelter to them from the face of the destroyer. For the extortioner ceases and ends. The devastation is consuming the oppressors out of the land.
And in MERCY, the throne shall be founded; he shall sit on it in truth in the tabernacle of David, judging and seeking justice and swift in righteousness.
We have heard of the pride of Moab, very proud of his pride, his arrogance, and his rage, but his babblings are nothing.
So Moab will howl for Moab, everyone shall howl, all of it shall howl for the foundations of Kir-Harasheth (Kir Heres: wall of broken earthenware) Surely they are stricken.
8 For the fields of Heshbon (wisdom and knowledge) droop,
the vine of Sibmah (coolness or fragrance). The masters of the
nations have crushed its choice plants.
They have come to Jazer (help/support); they wander
in the desert; her branches are spread
out; they have crossed the sea.
9 On account of this I will weep with
the weeping of Jazer (help/support), the vine of
Sibmah (fragrance/coolness); I will drench you with my
tears, O Heshbon (wisdom/knowledge/thinking) and Elealeh (God ascends); for
shouting has fallen on your fruit and
on your harvest.
10 And gladness and joy is gathered
up from the fruitful field; and there is
no singing and no shouting in the
vineyards; the one treading shall not
tread out wine in the presses. I have
made the shout to cease.
11 For this reason my belly shall
sound like a harp for Moab, and my
inward parts for Kir-Haresh. (wall of broken pottery)
12 And it shall be, when it is seen
that Moab shall be wearied on the high
place, then he shall come to his shrine
to pray, and he shall not be able.
13 This is the Word that YAHWEH
had spoken to Moab from that time.
14 But now YAHWEH has spoken,
saying, Within three years, as the years
of a hireling, then the glory of Moab
will be abased, with all the great multitude
And what is left will be small not feeble.
(This will happen before September 2023)
